Gain insights into wine and beef pairings while learning more about American Wagyu Beef from our friends at Sakura. Learn grilling techniques for meat and fresh summer season vegetables. Guests will learn how to pair wine with food in a 3-hour, immersive experience featuring Estate Chef Vincent Sanchez. This collaborative lunch demonstrates the ease and versatility of the Big Green EGG complete outdoor cooking system. Each themed lunch focuses on how to use a wide range of cooking options, from High-Temp Grilling, Low & Slow Smoker to Outdoor Oven, while the St. Supéry team will discuss how to pair wines with seasonal produce and fruit as well as a variety of meat and fish depending on the lunch theme. This lunch shows you how to perfectly pair wine and food no matter the season. Seating is limited. Reserve on Tock.
