The Grove at CIA Copia invites you to experience the Monthly Winemaker Dinner Series, an intimate, four-course evening where the artistry of Napa Valley’s finest winemakers meets the culinary excellence of the Culinary Institute of America. On Thursday, September 10, join us as we proudly partner with JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset and welcome the winemaker behind the bottle.

The evening begins in The Haven, our stunning cocktail lounge overlooking the beautiful skyline of downtown Napa. Guests are welcomed with a pour from the featured winemaker, who shares the story and passion behind their craft in a relaxed, convivial setting.
The experience then moves into our exclusive Winemaker Private Dining Room, where guests join the winemaker for an intimate four-course dinner. Each menu is thoughtfully curated by CIA Chef Chris in direct collaboration with the winemaker. Every dish conceived to complement and showcase four exceptional wines from their portfolio.
