Pastry chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph is bringing his Caribbean-inspired restaurant, Canje, to Napa Valley! Originally from Guyana, Tavel is a partner at Emmer & Rye, Hestia, Canje, and other Austin, TX restaurants. He was named one of Food & Wine’s Best Chefs of 2020 and is nominated for a 2025 James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef. This dinner combines California farm-to-table with flavors of the Caribbean and will be a party not to miss.
