Physical Wellness featuring BodyRok & Jeannette of Poppywell and Swor-Yim Aestheticsn
Experience a physical reset with an all-levels mat Pilates session led by BodyRok (please bring your own mat). Following the movement, we shift to recovery with Jeannette of Poppywell and Swor-Yim Aestheticsn, an Aesthetic Nurse with seven years of experience, featuring her signature IV hydration cart and expert tips on skin vitality. We’ll conclude the evening with post-workout bites and Eleven Eleven Wines, a well-earned reward designed to leave you revitalized and perfectly balanced.
