Join St. Supéry for this season’s estate luncheon series featuring The Big Green Egg. Enjoy wine and food pairings prepared entirely on the Big Green Egg kamado grill by our Estate Chef Vince Sanchez. Guests will learn how to pair wine with food in a 3-hour, immersive experience. This collaborative lunch demonstrates the ease and versatility of the Big Green EGG complete outdoor cooking system. Each themed lunch focuses on how to use a wide range of cooking options, from High-Temp Grilling, Low & Slow Smoker to Outdoor Oven, while the St. Supéry team will discuss how to pair wines with seasonal produce and fruit as well as a variety of meat and fish depending on the lunch theme.
