Join Vintner Hugh Davies for an evening celebrating the artistry, heritage and craftsmanship of Schramsberg Vineyards and Davies Vineyards. This special five-course dinner features ten wines hand-selected from the Schramsberg and Davies library, thoughtfully paired with a menu created by Chef Curry.
The evening will showcase wines spanning nearly two decades, beginning with the 2007 Schramsberg Reserve Late Disgorged and featuring library and current releases of J. Schram, Davies Vineyards Pinot Noir and J. Davies Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The dinner culminates with a side-by-side pairing of the 2016 and 2022 J. Davies Estate "Jamie" Cabernet Sauvignon from the Diamond Mountain District.
