Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Napa Valley Vintners (herein "seller"), reserves the right to refuse any purchase of Napa Valley Blind Wine Tasting Challenge packages (the Package). Persons must be 21 or older to purchase.
Seller may, at any time prior to the close of sale withdraw the Package from sale.
Seller does not warrant or represent, expressly denies responsibility for, and in no event shall be liable for, the rarity, age, aging potential, present and future quality or condition of wines included in the Package. All statements by seller are merely statements of opinion and are not to be relied upon by prospective purchasers as warranties or representations of fact, and prospective purchasers, by so purchasing, acknowledge that they are purchasing a “Blind Wine Tasting Package” and will not be guaranteed wine from a specific producer. All wine is sold on strictly an "AS IS" basis.
All wines sold herein are subject to the provisions of the California Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and are offered and sold subject to its provisions. Any offer or sale shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of California.
Napa Valley Vintners is classified as a tax-exempt corporation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)6. No portion of the purchase price is tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
Seller has no obligation to ship or arrange shipping. Shipping arrangements, expenses, and insurance are all the responsibility of the purchaser. Since shipping regulations vary from state to state, out-of-state buyers should be familiar with, are fully charged with knowledge of and are responsible for compliance with the laws of the destination locality. If the Package(s) are not picked up by the purchaser by 1:00 p.m. on Monday December 7, 2020, the purchaser specifically authorizes The Packaging Company (TPC) to accept the Package(s) on behalf of purchaser for storage at TPC’s storage facility. The Package(s) will be stored by TPC for no charge for thirty (30) days during which time purchaser has the sole responsibility for arranging shipping through TPC. If the wine lot is not shipped or transferred from the facility during the thirty (30) day period, the wine lot will remain at TPC and purchaser will be solely responsible for payment of storage charges to TPC according to TPC’s fee schedule. Seller has no responsibility or obligation to pay storage charges for the account of Seller to TPC or any other storage facility.
