Sire Estate, founded in 2012 by Napa Valley insider Thomas Buck, is a boutique winery dedicated to crafting limited-production, single-vineyard wines that highlight the purity and pedigree of California’s most renowned terroirs. With acclaimed winemaker Julien Fayard at the helm, Sire focuses primarily on Cabernet Sauvignon, producing structured, powerful wines that reflect distinct vineyard character through meticulous, small-lot winemaking and cave aging in 100% new French oak. Vineyard sources span prestigious Napa Valley sites including Pritchard Hill’s Houyi and Montagna vineyards; as well as Sleeping Lady Vineyard in Yountville, and Panek Vineyard in St Helena. With a current annual production of just over 550 cases, Sire wines are highly allocated and featured in acclaimed Napa restaurants including The French Laundry, PRESS, and Morimoto.
