Perliss Estate is a family-owned winery in the northern end of the Napa Valley, in the foothills of Mount St. Helena. Our 2.6 acre Cabernet Sauvignon Ravens Vineyard was planted in 2008 by Aaron Pott, who oversees all of our winemaking production. The organically farmed vineyard is situated on a sloping knoll of rocky volcanic soil and surrounded by forest. Cool nights, morning fog, and breezes from the Sonoma Coast counterbalance the hot, dry daytime temperatures of the growing season. This microclimate, along with a non-interventionist approach in the vineyard and cellar, yields pure, elegant wines of great aging potential.
