Greater Fool Wine was born from Julian Christian and Kathryn Siegfried’s passion for wine, sparked by Julian’s first visit to Napa a decade earlier. After working in fine dining and earning his sommelier certification, Julian returned to Napa for a harvest internship and never looked back, working at top wineries like Cakebread Cellars and Hourglass Estate. His experience reinforced a simple truth: great wine starts in the vineyard.

Their winemaking philosophy embraces co-fermentation, an old-school technique where different varietals are harvested and fermented together. By carefully balancing vineyard components, they craft wines with natural aromatic complexity and seamless structure. With minimal intervention, Greater Fool Wine allows each blend to speak for itself, celebrating the inherent character of the fruit.
