Gellis Family Domain offers a selection of wines that reflect the unique terroir of their vineyard blocks. Notable among these are the "Blue Monster," a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced exclusively from Abreu’s Las Posadas Vineyard, and "Until the End," another 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
