You'll take a short drive up one of Napa's most spectacular winding roads that leads you into the illustrious Mt. Veeder Appellation. The road is enveloped in arched oak trees and while you'll feel a world away, you're only 10 minutes from downtown Napa.

It's the same journey Jeff and Karen made when they first found their dream property that would eventually become Fontanella Family Winery. The Mt. Veeder appellation is renowned for low yielding vineyards which produce rich, lush, intense wines. As you continue your ascent up Mt. Veeder, you'll reach welcoming gates that open to the Fontanella lake-side driveway and winery.

Our appointment-only tastings are individually hosted by our amazing hospitality team, who will greet you with gleaming glasses and a taste of our Chardonnay. Sit among olive trees on the patio or inside by the fireplace. Enjoy small bites while you taste each of our unique wines.
