About Us
Chandon has been crafting California’s leading sparkling wine since 1973. Capturing the essence of the native terroir and personality of the California sunshine, Director of Winemaking, Pauline Lhote, crafts crisp, refreshing, and luscious sparkling wines in the traditional method.

Tasting Experience
Chandon is open to the public offering an assortment of tastings and experiences throughout the day. Explore our grounds with a glass or reserve a tasting experience, cabana or mixology class for you and your guests. Reservations are highly encouraged for groups of up to 6 guests. Please contact us regarding availability for larger parties. Facility tours are currently not available.
Go beyond a tasting with Chandon Experiences. Explore sparkling wine's best friend with a Bubbles + Bites experience. A flight of our winery exclusive sparklings to pair savory bites crafted daily from our garden. Spring welcomes back our Picnic on the Lawn and Cabana series. We offer an array of light California fare to pair with your sparkling wine flight, or reserve one of our experiences for a thoughtful wine and culinary delight. Outside food or drink is not permitted.
Wine Education
You will be guided through the traditional sparkling wine method as you enjoy a flight of sparkling wines with your host in one of tasting experience options. Reservations encouraged.
