About Us
Đồi Đá (pronounced "doy dah"), meaning "Rocky Hill" in Vietnamese, is a boutique winery in Napa Valley founded by Cuong Pham, also known for establishing Red Boat Fish Sauce. In 2021, Cuong and his wife, Ann, acquired an 18-acre rocky property, whose rugged terrain inspired the winery’s name. Guided by winemaker and Master of Wine Nova Cadamatre, the Phams planted a seven-acre vineyard in 2024, featuring Cabernet Sauvignon alongside select blocks of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The estate’s diverse elevations and exposures contribute to its distinctive terroir.
