Boyd Family Vineyards is a boutique winery dedicated to crafting limited-production, handcrafted wines with an annual output of just 2,500 cases across eight varietals. Since acquiring our Big Ranch Road estate in Napa in 1998, we have planted and nurtured over 20,000 vines, including Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our vision has always been to create exceptional wines that capture the essence of this special place.

Located in the Oak Knoll District, our vineyard benefits from a slightly cooler climate and rich clay soils—ideal for producing ultra-premium Merlot and Syrah, which are featured in some of Napa Valley’s most sought-after wines. While we continue to sell over half of our fruit to renowned wineries, we reserve our finest grapes for small-batch, estate wines that showcase the bold character and distinctive terroir of our land.
