Our Mission -The story of wine is long as history itself. Embedded in that history is one belief that has guided wine makers for centuries “The very best wines all begin in the vineyard”. This belief guides us at Boich Family Cellar. Our mission is to produce world class wines from the most iconic, proven vineyards in Napa Valley.

The Vineyards – In addition to the estate vineyard in the Mount Veeder AVA, Boich Family sources fruit from three Beckstoffer vineyards including To Kalon, Georges III and Missouri Hopper. Total production is 2,000 cases from five single vineyard sites. Consumers may make a tasting appointment and join our list at www.boichfamilycellar.com.

The Winemaker – Jeff Ames stylistic input can be found in multiple 100-point wines from Schrader, Tor Kenward and Boich Family. Jeff’s style to wine making begins with sourcing the best fruit possible and allowing mother nature to do the rest. Native yeasts are used when possible with 100% new French oak on every vintage. Jeff’s style allows each site to express its own unique character from the rugged Mount Veeder AVA to the plush Oakville and Rutherford AVAs on the valley floor.
